Cam Coupes has been laying low lately. They are trying to get moved out of Texas and probably into Oklahoma. The lack of open tracks in Texas has made it tough for the Cam Coupes as a series. Also they are spending most of their efforts on getting the street version done. I saw the r&d version when I was down there in 2003, very impressive. Should be a real hit with the rod guys. Texas has few hot rod clubs and their laws on new built hot rods are somewhat of a pain in the rear. As far as the website they were having lots of trouble with the servor they were on so they moved servors and I think they have bought a new web program that is compatable. On top of that they have bugged out a couple of times for hurricanes.

Thanks Ron...I haven't been able to get to the Pahrump Speedway in Nevada to see them run this season and I hoped they'd still be around...I used to race Dwarf cars about 10 years ago and these cars got me interested again.... Kurt Las Vegas

Just surfing the web and came acrossed this site. I see the previous updates with camcoupes and was wondering if anything new had happened since last year? Anyone else make a similar type of vintage body for metric race cars? Also what price range is a camcoupe (or similar) body? We have a metric frame class that would allow such a body.
Thanks Ben Plymouth, WI
